Privacy notice

This notice covers the partprice.com website. The PartPrice application will have its own privacy policy and terms of service at public launch.

What we collect

• Early-access applications. The details you enter in the form: name, work email, company, country, role, and your answers about how your shop quotes. Nothing else is required.
• "Keep me posted" sign-ups. Your email address, nothing else. We use it only to send you PartPrice updates - a few emails a year - and you can unsubscribe at any time; one reply is enough.
• Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate counts of page views. We don't run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your application, to arrange calls you asked for, to run the design-partner program, and to send product updates to the addresses that asked for them. Applications and sign-ups go straight into our customer records. We don't sell your details and don't share them with third parties, except the service providers that hold our customer records and process the forms (HubSpot), host the site (Cloudflare) and deliver our email (Zoho Mail).

Retention

Application data is kept while the early-access program runs and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Use the early-access form and say so.
