The design-partner program
PartPrice is in early access. Before we open self-serve sign-up, we're working with a small group of shops and brokers who quote machined parts every week. This page is the deal in plain words; a one-page agreement covers confidentiality and the like - nothing that isn't here.
What you get
- The Pro plan free for 12 months from public launch
- Hands-on setup: we set up your company details and quote defaults with you and walk your first real parts through together
- A direct line to the founder - no support queue
- A say in what we build next
- After the 12 months: the regular Pro price, or you stop - no lock-in, your data leaves with you
What we ask
- Real RFQs: run the STEP files you actually receive through PartPrice, and tell us what you actually quoted. That comparison is the most valuable thing you can give us.
- A 30-minute call every week or two during the first 6–8 weeks, while we calibrate
- Once you're happy with the results: permission to name you as a design partner, and a short case study you approve before it goes out
Your files and your prices stay confidential. We use your STEP files only to run the comparison, we delete them when you ask, we'll sign a mutual NDA if you want one, and your prices are never published - a case study shows outcomes, not your rate book.

Roadmap honesty. Today PartPrice handles CNC milling from STEP files, prices in USD and exports PDF and Excel. If your work is mostly turning, sheet metal or 2D drawings, we'd still like to hear from you - but you'll wait longer for value. Not sure you fit? Apply anyway and say so.
